I would have loved to leave a good review, but unfortunately never even made it in the door to have my service done. After being referred by a friend, and instantly buying a Groupon to support this business (at the time they were closed due to COVID), I decided to book through a post on FB, about a half off Brazilian service, and save my Groupon for another time (repeat business). The ad came right in time for birthday weekend, and I chose a 5pm time slot that was offered to me through FB messenger. The day of the appointment I realized my appointment had not been confirmed and I wasnât quite sure what to except, so I gave a call to the location to confirm my appointment and ask questions. During that time I was not told that my appointment had not been booked. After leaving work early and driving 20 minutes south, upon arrival I called to let them know I was outside. I was put on hold while I could hear the staff and owner talking in the background on how my appointment was not booked, and however, another was canceled and they could possibly fit me in. This is when the call when south. The owner proceeded to get back on the phone with me to tell me my appointment was not booked and they never confirmed my appointment. After confronting her about the canceled appointment and how far I had drove, could I just take that appointment and use my Groupon instead of the half off service I had originally booked. She continued to argue that they couldnât because now itâs close to another appointments time and had it been sooner they may had accommodated it (now on the phone for 10 minutes listening to staff giggle how the appointment was not confirmed). It wasnât until I told her about my birthday being this weekend and how upset I was about my time being wasted did she offer to âpossibly fit me in for another dayâ. Her demeanor and the staffs demeanor were completely unprofessional and made me feel as if my business was not valued. Not one apology. Which is sad, because my call earlier that day to confirm that appointment and ask questions, was exciting and very professional. I will now cancel my Groupon and take my money elsewhere. Did some research on their site and throughout Google about sugaring and decided on the purchase for a Brazilian. Honest to say, I was nervous as heck for this service! But from the moment I walked in, the environment was so welcoming and comforting. The decor in the waiting area is literally perfect to put you at ease to relax before your appointment. My appointment was with Christina and literally from that appointment I was sold and forever a lifetime customer. Not only did she immediately make me feel comfortable about a service I was new to and extremely nervous about, but her level of service was beyond what I had imagined. A true professional! Made my first experience with sugaring AND getting a Brazilian the best! I raved about it to everyone and anyone I knew. Seriously, Iâm not even over exaggerating. And itâs not because I got âluckyâ with Christina. After months of seeing her she wasnât available one day and I went with another specialist, Katya, and seriously, the same comforting, professionalism and attention to detail that I experienced with Christina.    Read moreWorst full Brazilian sugar experience of my life. I had Yaya and she is the reason I probably wonât ever come back. I was crying and she kept going so fast and didnât have any sympathy for my pain. It felt like she had to be somewhere or she was just having a bad day and needed to take it out on someone. She didnât say anything to me to try and distract me from the pain, which normally happens at all the other sugaring places Iâve been to. She kept going even when I was literally crying from the pain. She also made me bleed which has never happened to me before. Iâve been sugared many times in other places and this was probably ten times worse than my very first sugaring experience(which is usually the worst).
Overall, sugaring can be done anywhere, but itâs the customer service and experience that really gets someone to come back. I am one who needs to talk to someone and become distracted from the pain. I donât recommend ever having Yaya as a person to sugar you. Maybe youâll have luck with someone else, but a company is represented by how they train their employees to treat customers.
