Last week I was passing by the store and saw a dress that I liked in the window. I found that the only sizes in stock didn't fit. It wasn't the fact that I was told that if the dress were specially ordered, I would be obliged to keep it. That was understandable. It was the fact that after trying on the dress, I made eye contact from the back of the store with the two sales women at the front counter, but they were engaged in what seemed to be a social conversation with two other women and would not come to come back to talk with me. On my way out of the store, they didn't mind making a display of their refusal to talk to me about the dress. My new favorite store. Very-well curated selection of high-end, well-priced, minimalist pieces. As small as the shop may be, they hold a wide range of on-trend styles for any age for any occasion, as well as a wide range of sizes, color options, jean styles and fits, and are well-stocked as far as number of any one item. Many similar boutiques I have been to seem to struggle with managing their stock as far as available sizes and colors. We just moved to the area and I'm so happy to have found a spot I can pop in nearby and find exactly what I need without having to go to a big shopping center. These ladies are always SO kind and helpful! Today there were only two other customers during the HOUR I was trying on jeans. The ladies working helped me go through about twenty pairs of jeans, never batting an eye at my slightly anxious search for the perfect postpartum interrim denim.
