This was my first time there, Hua is the owner and she was the one who cut my hair, she did an excellent job. Her place is very clean. After she cuts your hair she will wash it for free if you want, I think that is great so you don't have to have loose cut hair falling down your neck and into your shirt which is very itchy and uncomfortable.
