I went in the store to pick up my online order when I'm told it wouldn't be there for hours. I need snow chains to drive through the pass. To get a young boy back home after spring break. He handed me some from back I told the employee I was really terrified and I never put on chains before. Asked if he'd show me... I was told there instructions in the bag. So I get to the scary part of mountain get out I get out ICE ROAD TRUCKER STYLE so scared. Pull out chains.. the the size for a GEO Mettro.. I drive a sadan. His lack of awareness of the situation I presented him very clear and sent me on my why when some potentially could go horrible. I completed my mission. Went to store and demanded refund. It's bee 20 days... no refund....

Normally I go to AutoZone to get most of my parts. The other night I had a headlight out and we were supposed to drive quite a ways and my friend and I felt like it wasn't a good idea to drive without the headlight. It was 9 p.m. on a Saturday we ran to AutoZone and it was 9:01 and the doors were locked. So we looked up O'Reilly's to see if they were still open and it said that they were open till 10. When we got there it turned out that they close at 9 as well. We showed the young man our phone that said that they were open till 10 and he opened the doors for us. I believe his name was Shawn. He was a total Lifesaver and I am much more likely to go to...

If i could give 0 stars i would!!! I came here for someone to help me put my car on the scop so i can get some codes and they dont even come help me do that, they hand me the code machine and expected me to know what to do!! No that is their job not mine!! I dont know what to do or what the codes mean!! So i had to leave and go to auto zone and they helped me right away!!! Thats what should have happened at O'rileys but nope they dont want to do their jobs!! So if you want some good service go to auto zone right down the road. WAY...
