This 5 star review is ONLY for the super kind blonde worker that helped me on 6/18/24 roughly around 6pm. I was having a bad day and unfortunately, my 10 year old daughter is the pickiest eater ever and only wanted to eat Qdoba. I normally don’t give in to her like that but she’s post-kidney transplant and getting her to eat in general has been such a struggle. I walked into the store, placed her usual order, & was immediately confronted by a male worker who was quite rude. He kind of made me feel as if I was some sort of scammer who was trying to get a deal by only ordering steak and chips. He said with an attitude “are you aware that we charge by the scoop” and honestly I didn’t know nor care how much they were going to charge me because at that point, I’m just trying to get my kid to eat. I truly did not even care that they basically gave me 2 half filled scoops because again.. I just wanted to feed my kid. When I approached to pay, the blonde employee looked at her coworkers and said something along the lines of “I am absolutely not charging her $8 for that” and only charged me $4 something for it. So, I just wanted to come on here and say that SHE is why I will be returning to this Qdoba. While I initially didn’t care how much they charged for my daughters food, her kindness to charge me what she felt was right was heartfelt and I appreciate that. She honestly deserves a raise and/or higher position in the company in my opinion. Some of her male coworkers could take point on her customer...

Service is mediocre most of the time but the quality is starting to slide. I have had issues the past three visits. The first one was the restaurant opened late because the got a catering order and didn't have enough people to manage the order. Second time they were out of Mango and when I order the Mango Chicken salad I was told they were out of mango but they could still make the dish for me. Huh? The last time may well be the last time I go to the Lake Stevens location. I waited in line with 12 other folks and at first only one person was working the line, then a second joined while a third washed her hands a few times but didn't see interested in getting involved. When the line didn't move she finally joined in moving the slower (maybe newer) employee down the process to help speed things up. After waiting 20 minutes in line (no exaggeration) , the lady in front of me is told they are out of chicken. When I order the steak, guess what they told me, yep they were also out of steak. So for twenty minutes they watched all these folks in line but no one keep the food bins filled.

When I asked to speak to the manager I got a lot of flack from the person I first asked. When I got the manager, I asked for her managers name and she didn't want to give it to me. When I persisted she finally gave in and gave me his name but refused to give me a way to contact him. She said she would pass my contact info on so he could call me. I am...

I have had a number of issues with this location over the years, but getting to know when certain staff was on shift and when the food would be done properly helped me to come back. I've had quite a few health issues that have made getting around difficult, hence why I tried to go back to the house of the Diablo sauce. Today though, I had three issues in one visit including bone in some chicken and that was the final straw. The food (rice, chicken and steak) was bland and flavorless, and I found myself forcing a few bites just so I could eat some lunch. The chips were soggy and stale. I didn't know that was a combination possible. The bag also barely had enough chips to cover the bottom when I'm used to a bag half full.

At one point I was told that because of my ordering style, I would be charged double from then on. When I called their corporate office about it, the DM made excuses and said it was a miscommunication, and the manager swore they hadn't said that. Three separate staff members told me they were lying though and that they had been told specifically to charge me extra during a store meeting because of how I order my food (double rice, double beans apparently equals double charge even though it isn't stated anywhere in their menu it is an up charge.)

Over the last month, the people I enjoyed as employees have been leaving and I have decided if I need Qdoba again I'll drive 25 minutes away, instead if 5 minutes...

Interesting. Appears that my initial review from Jan 16, 2021 may have been deleted. To reshare, I ordered two quesadillas to go and as I was eating mine I bit into something that I thought was an undercooked bean. IT WAS A PIECE OF CHEWED UP CHEWING GUM!!! THERE WAS A PIECE OF CHEWED UP CHEWING GUM IN MY FOOD! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?! IN A PANDEMIC, NO LESS! I'm beyond disgusted. It took over 24 hours for someone to contact me. Finally a QA person reached out and I put in my complaint with them. On the 18th I finally get a call from the Owner who, instead of profusely apologizing or at least trying to apologize, immediately launches in to a defense of her team and restaurant saying, "no one on my team chews gum" and "everyone wears masks". Well, Jana, apparently they do not, because there was chewing gum inside my food. I'd stay away from this place or at least double check your food before eating it.

I’m not picky or impatient but this location was absolutely horrible. First our online order took 30 minutes longer to complete then when they said it would be done. They had almost no communication with customers that were waiting to pick up their online orders. When I got my order they didn’t have spoons or forks they said they were all out this was Thursday night at 6 PM... when I got my order and was out at my car to leave we noticed there was a missing item and had to go back in and get it. Once back home and eating our food there was almost no rice in either of mine or my wife’s veggie bowls. Here’s the kicker we are both vegan and we legit found a piece of beef in my wife’s veggie bowl. Are we serious! Never again I will stick with Chipotle 100% of the time, their food taste better and they have bigger portions plus excellent customer service.

The burrito bowl with brisket was an absolute sensual firestorm. The brisket, tender and dripping with smoky juices, practically begged to be devoured, each bite melting in my mouth with an intensity that sent shockwaves of pleasure through me. The salsa hit me with a fiery heat, teasing my lips, while the guacamole slid like silk, cool and creamy, against the warmth of the rice. Each mouthful was a slow, seductive dance between heat and cool, spice and richness, like a lover’s touch that left me breathless and wanting more. The flavors intertwined in a way that was dangerously addictive, drawing me in deeper with every bite until I couldn’t stop, craving the next bite like a wild, burning desire I couldn’t extinguish. It was beyond indulgence—it was a bold, irresistible passion in a bowl.
