El Taconazo RODO — Restaurant in Proviso Township

My family and I came to Taconazo yesterday after an hour drive, it was the worst experience we have ever had. My son ordered a flan and when my son opened it THERE WAS A COAT OF MOLD ON IT! The waitresses are usually pretty rude and don't know how to give good costumer service here, even when they were at the old location. That didn't bother me much. However went I made her aware of the flan, she simply took it and brought another one. She said " here, here another one, check if it's okay or not" I couldn't believe it, but anyway I opened it and there was also MOLD on it! I told her again, not even an apology. Anyway our food ce(2 taco dinners) The beans tasted really bad, as if they were no longer good. I had 2 steak tacos and one al pastor. The steak one was okay, however, the al pastoreant was really bad. The meat was not good anymore. I started to feel sick so we left most of the al pastor tacos. I am beyond dissapointed at this place. Not to mention, the air conditioning was broken so it was hotter inside the restaurant then it was outside. Honestly that was not an issue because we understand things happen, however everything about this visit was beyond terrible. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT...

This used to be one of my favourites places to eat but recently the food is not what used to be before I ordered a Gordita de pastor the tortilla was so dry you couldn’t even eat it the tacos al pastor has more grilled red onions than meat is just no good at all

Las week I was there and ordered chilaquiles verdes and told the server bring me dos huevos sauces I couldn’t tell her over easy cause she wouldn’t know what’s over easy she brought me 2 burned eggs instead asked her to change them a nd never came back with my eggs. I asked the cook to make me 2 more eggs and he did but server never came back to my table Not coming back at all to this rodolfos taconazo location...

I went there for the first time and ordered tacos with avocado,they gave me black avocados. It was not just a few spots that were brown, it was literally all black. It was definitely not even close to the pictures they posted of their steak tacos with avocados. I couldn't believe that they would have the nerve to even serve it to a customer from the cook to the cashier that served it to me. Total disrespect. Thats shows a lot about a restaurant that does not care about the quality of their food. If something so simple went wrong I can't even imagine how they handle their food. Also the steak tasted reheated. Will not ever go...
