W purchased a Laptop from them thru Walmart. The computer I received is a dud. It takes forever to power on and even longer to try to do anything on it. Will not connect to internet easily, as well as a lot of the programs and drivers installed are “blocked” from starting because it’s known to have problems with windows and telling me to contact hardware manufacturer to get a new driver. (Code 48). If I knew there would’ve been serious issues, I would’ve put another $30 with what I paid for this and went with a brand new different one. I ordered a refurbished laptop from MiComp and discovered upon receiving the device that it would not connect to the internet. I tried returning it to Wal-Mart but was told that since MiComp is a third party vendor, I would need to contact them directly. I was given a website but no contact number. I sent a message through the website but after a week or longer of getting no response, I contacted Wal-Mart customer service and was told that MiComp would be contacting me directly. They sent an email asking that I explain the issue, which I did, but they never responded back. Total trash. Bought 2 PC's for Christmas through them for our boys for Christmas via New Egg. Arrived with no video cards installed, which of course we found out after un-boxing them Christmas Day. A bit more digging yielded us finding that several other people had the same issue. We attempted to contact them multiple times and no one ever answered. We contacted new egg, again they couldn't even get a hold of them initially. Finally, New Egg was able to break the barrier and get them to move.
