3639 N Pine Grove LP — Local services in Lake View Township

This was the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! The area is lively, but the building is quiet enough that it’s not bothersome. We had the best view of Wrigley-field and many restaurants and shops around us. The bus is less than a 5 minute walk and the redline is an 8 minute walk. I appreciate the convenience and we got to park our car in an inside garage.

We’ve never had a problem with our packages and mail. The other tenants in the building were friendly and it was a good community. We never found any bugs in the apartment (thank god) and the one bedroom was a great size for my husband and I. Mike and Gaby are amazing! They had great communication with within the whole year and a half we were there. Whenever we needed something fixed, Mike and his team would come if not the next day, then within the next three days.

I would say the only downside is no central air, so the bedroom would get hot during the summer. We bought a fan and that worked fine for us.

While I lived at Pine Grove apartments, I felt safe and had the opportunity to get to know the community that is Pine Grove. Tucked in, off of Broadway, you have neighbors who say “Hi!” and “Good Morning!” or smile.
