Been here a number of times way back when and was excited to return but was greeted by a passive-aggressive salesman who clearly had better things to do. When I finally found the line of toys I was looking to purchase I was upsold on a $300.00 unit. When asked for a cheaper option I was told the only thing cheaper was a $100 unit that had been opened so many times the box was barely holding together. If you have a policy that forbids returns after a box has been opened or a product has been touched/used than why are you selling items that have been opened by a number of patrons & costumers alike? Found the same product for $30 on Amazon Prime (-) the air of superiority from a sex shop employee. Sad to see my favorite shop sink so low especially since the old employees were full of knowledge & happy to share it.

No over exaggerations here. The product i wanted capped at 300 with tax and lowest came to 110 and some change (also) I was told explicitly by your employee that "...sometimes people want to see the product..." so I'm very aware it had nothing to do with your shipment. They had a decent selection of items and when I was walking past I saw a dress In the window that I wanted. But when I went in the man who was working was unbelievably rude. I asked where I could find and and he says “right in front of you” ..... it was a completely different item. I told him it wasn’t the same item and he replies “well it’s the same material but I don’t have anything in that color or that style”. He didn’t offer to get the dress from the window or if I needed help with anything else. Never going back.
