AMAZING. The best word I can use to describe such a magnificent piece of dessert is scrumpdillyicious. If you’re looking for a sign to go here, just go. The waffle’s are really big so you could split it with someone. I also like that you pay for what you get, it’s not ridiculously expensive. They take their time making everything look snazzy, but bringing it to you in a timely-efficient manner. Very welcoming and the workers are easy-going and care about assisting you. 11/10, I would genuinely go here again to try a different waffle.

Went here on a cold January night with my friend. My friend got the viral strawberries covered in chocolate (dark). I was hoping to get the Belgian hot chocolate, but it was later in the evening and they were out of milk. I think they felt bad so when they gave my friend her strawberries, they gave us an extra cup of strawberries covered in milk chocolate. The chocolate was so creamy and great quality. There was a lot left in my cup so I took it home and used it to make hot chocolate. It was delicious! Great service.

The hazelnut waffle is amazing, and has bits of Ferrero Rocher on it. Pro tip: get it with banana! We got it with vanilla ice cream, and it was good for ~3 people to share. Great post dinner spot or after an annoyance comedy show (which is next door), and it’s open later than a lot of the other local dessert spots. Ample seating inside, easy for groups. Parking isn’t bad considering the area (turn onto Clark if you don’t find parking on Belmont), feels safe bc it’s always crowded & right off the red line.

We hired Drip for their live station service for my daughter’s 16th birthday party, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our party ran from 6–9 PM, and the ice cream station was scheduled to arrive at 7:45. At 2 PM (while we were in the middle of party setup), an email was sent saying they needed to push back by an hour. There was no follow-up phone call when we didn’t respond, so we didn’t see the email until much later.

On top of that, there was an unexpected thunderstorm that forced us to move the entire party indoors, which made it even harder to check email. By 8 PM, when we realized they hadn’t arrived, we called and were told they were pushing our time back. Since the girls were leaving at 9 PM, we had no flexibility left and had to cancel last minute.... I ended up scrambling to Dairy Queen for an ice cream cake so we’d have something to celebrate with.

What was most disappointing was that the owner was unapologetic, blamed the delay on the storm (though the original delay notice was sent hours before the storm), and we were not refunded our deposit, leaving us out of pocket for something we never received.

This was actually the second scheduling issue we had with Drip (our order was initially double-booked even after we paid the deposit), which makes me think this was another case of overbooking. I typically only write reviews when I have something positive to share, but I do feel it’s important for others booking Drip’s live stations to know what happened so they don’t end up in the same situation.... especially for a...

The small samples I've had sometimes were good, like all the pastry things, but I had a milkshake recently that I really did not like. It was called Very Berry but I could barely taste the strawberry flavoring, which felt either watered down or was just the bit of strawberry syrup that was stirred in as I drank. What I did taste felt like chemicals, which faded a little as I mixed it up a bit. It wasn't very berry, and was in a container much too small to be worth 10$ for the end result. (To be fair it's hard to do strawberry drinks well, but that means when one is advertised it usually is really good). Pastries seem to be good, the fruit smoothie I had wasn't...

I tried the High on Hazelnut as it was recommended as a top seller. The waffle with two scoops of ice cream ran about $20. We got one scoop vanilla and one scoop oreo. The waffle was fairly soggy and thick. The Oreo ice cream also was unpleasantly sweet. The vanilla ice cream for us was the star of the show—it was the only thing my wife and I found good. The waffle was also drenched in chocolate syrup in a way not shown in photos. Overall I didn’t find the dish I ordered up to our tastes and the price to be a bit obnoxious for what we received. My wife was excited to come, but we left severely...
