We had made TWO reservations earlier in the week (since we had a larger group), and we had called requesting they be near each other. Upon arrival, our first reservation was at a six top and we were immediately sat. I had mentioned to the male host (shorter with glasses, olderish wearing an orange jersey) that we had another reservation under a separate name and that we would like the tables to be together. He accepted our request letting us know an empty four top table near us would be moved by staff in order to then create a 10 top table to accompany our party.
Less than 5 minutes later, a waitress seats a party at the table that the host said was going to be conjoined with ours. We had flagged nicely this to the host when he had walked by, saying oh I believe this was the table you said we could use, in which he responds “well do you guys want this other table over there?” We declined as the table he offered was no where near our initial table. In return, we said “no thank you, we were told we would be accommodated for our large party” to which his whole demeanor switches and rudely responds “girl, come on, the table is right there” and proceeds to roll his eyes and walked away back to the host stand. We were in disbelief. I also need to give context that our entire table witnessed this interaction and it left us all speechless. I feel like this is a common request when large parties plan on coming in?
I’ll let management handle this appropriately but I would heavily advise restaurant staff, let alone someone who willingly works in hospitality, to NEVER talk to a customer this way. It was completely uncalled for and the attitude, remark, and demeanor left us feeling like we’ll probably never dine here again. I get it that game days are stressful for sports bars but again, you WILLINGLY work in hospitality and, we planned appropriately to address the host upon arrival that we’d prefer if both tables were together, to which he agreed. If he couldn't have made this happen, he should’ve been honest, or moved the party that was seated at the table he...

The environment is lively, the food is great, the drinks are hitting, and there are TVs literally everywhere - so if you want to watch college football on Saturday OR catch any of the NFL games on Sunday, this is your spot! The DJ they had was ON POINT too! They have a FULL BRUNCH MENU AND GAME DAY MENU all in one spot and there is so much to choose from on either one; there is literally something for everybody, no matter the type of mood you’re in!
What we tried: Basket of loaded fries - they were crispy and never got soggy; that’s sorcery! 😂 Blackened chicken quesadilla - they seasoned that blackened chicken down! This was so good! Classic Buffalo wings – these were perfect. Fried perfect. Buffalo sauce perfect. No complaints! Double smash burger - everyone that tried this at the table was amazed how good it was. Those two double smash patties were ON POINT! Buffalo Chicken pizza - I totally understand why everyone loves this now! This pizza was so good! The crispy chicken that was on top has so much flavor which was great in addition to the buffalo ranch sauce that came with the pizza. I could eat that pizza anytime!
One of the large format drinks is something that you should definitely get. They are so much fun to have at the table!
I went on a Saturday during the college football games and even with it being busy, our waitress, and the manager were still very attentive! This is definitely one of my top choices as far as enjoying a place in the vibe, while enjoying yourself...
Read moreDecided to stop in at Parlay for one drink with 3 of my friends. I’ve been to Parlay a few times in the past and have enjoyed it. However, this time around was absolutely not the case. As I was on the way to the bathroom, a girl from the other direction walked towards me, so I moved over to the right as far as I could go to get out of her way, only for her to shove herself into me. Mind you, it wasn’t shoulder-to-shoulder busy and she had enough room to walk without shoving into me. In defense, I shoved her back, and asked her what her problem was for shoving me so aggressively. She then told me that she worked there, to which I told her to walk away. She then followed me into the bathroom, continued to yell at me, and then whined to her coworkers to try to get me kicked out. After using the bathroom, I already planned on leaving anyways after being treated like that by an employee. Funny enough because when I left the bathroom, nobody stopped me to let me know I was “kicked out” like she claimed I would be, and my friends and I left. It seems to me like she wanted to start a problem with me and didn’t like that I defended myself and don’t tolerate disrespect from some entitled server. Not sure if I’ll ever return to this establishment after...
