Dollar General — Local services in Lake Worth Beach

General Dollar absolutely has the best and most great deals. There is an entire aisle dedicated to all merchandise totaling $1.00 per product. Thus, the shelves are filled with toiletries, paper goods, laundry care, personal care, candles, etc. I just thought this was such a fantastic way to make customers happy. One thing about any dollar store is you want to see merchandise that is actually a dollar. Its the bargain we want! Moreover, the store has a great selection and variety of name brands and diverse products. I do think more then one cashier would suffice. Its nice to not have to wait online. If the store caters to 3 and 4 registers....well then have more sales associates at night to help move the line along. I always see one cashier. And im sure the employees would love some...

I am not sure her name butt she works in the morning today and she was so rude rushing guest out while taking bad about the last guest and how I don't know what's wrong with people today and how she sounded was not professional at all and she has been rude to me and other customers for at least the year I have lived in the area. She should not be working with people she makes me feel uncomfortable when I go to the general and I feel uncomfortable shopping when she works. I walked out so many times to drive to the other towns to the dollar general just because how I don't feel right with her taking care of me and there is only ever one register.. can you please let her go so I can shop 5 minutes away from my house instead of driving 20...

Id love to give this store 5 stars, which is what they pretty much deserve for the services that one would be expecting from such a store. After living here half a year i can say that i am impressed with every part EXCEPT FOR TAMMIE who has single handidly convinced me to shop elsewhere even though is less than a block away. The total ignorance of this one person is so much that it outshines the great service the rest of the staff and store overall does in general. Ive made my opinion known and my my reply included sentiments such as "we know" and "im sorry" from individuals who obviously are aware of this issue. Such a shame but Publix and gas stations here i come, worth the extra mile...
