Rodrigo with xfinity is my savior! Tried for weeks to get this fixed and just kept getting stuck in their bot loop (it's own particular hell, I promise you). Rodrigo worked with me inch by inch until everything was resolved. Almost 2 hours together on the phone. I was ready to cancel cable altogether and find an alternative internet source.
