I usually do not leave reviews but in this ocassion i think i think it is beyond gained. Let me tell you all about the assistant manager liddy, i had the pleasure of meeting her today. In 3 different parts of my experience. when i walked in with my child she was there putting carts aways, handed me one and greeted me and my child with a big genuine smile, later as i am walking the aisles i see her cleaning aisle per aisle as she sees me again she lets me know if there is anything i need help with to let her know and she even gave my child a piece of candy. It was so heartwarming to see my child interact with an employee and she even talked to him about his favorite show bluey she was singing the song with him. When i went to check out i was kinda dreading it because the line looked like it was gonna get full, well miss liddy saw her cashiers needing help and jumped right on a register and helped with the line without anybody nagging at her that help was needed. I had the pleasure of actually checking out with her and you can tell her employees love her energy everybody had big smiles and were so friendly. Burlington you have on of the best managers on your hands! Very attentive, friendly, caring and helpful to everyone around her. Will be shopping here instead of the south location...
Read more02/04/2022 (Saturday) When entering this establishment, I immediately had to go to the RR. The time was around 7:20 to 7:47 pm.
Thus my hubby and I was helping me check out the ladies mini back packs. I finally came out of the RR. My hubby had three backpacks for me to choose from. (keep in mind the store was closing around 8 pm.
We went to the checkout line. It finally was our turn #4 (Andrea). I was stuck in trying to decide between two of the back packs Andrea was very patient with me feel rushed.
Andrea offered to have us get a credit card for Burlington. My spouse, of course, he declined. She also let us know that we can sign up for notifications on certain items). My spouse declined. However, I gave her my cell phone number and email address.
Finally, Andrea let us know that it's the mall that closes at 8:00 pm. There store is actually open till 11 pm.

This time of year it should be expected that stores will become more chaotic, as well as hiring seasonal help for the overflow of business. There’s absolutely no excuse to be so disrespectful in the presence of customers, even when she may not of thought any saw her unprofessionalism. Besides this particular manager, which I believe if my memory serves correctly named Diane. She was inattentive to me as a customer, made us wait until she decided to assist us... but worst off her major attitude problem she had, has us second guessing to come back to this location. Your store is only as good as the managers that run it. Thank you for your time, I sure hope that manager Diane is addressed and further action taken to ensure that this behavior is...
