Starbucks — Restaurant in Lakeland

First visited last week and it was filthy but I thought it was because they were busy and possibly short staffed. Employees were nice at first visit. Went back yesterday and it was still filthy. Beans all over the counter, thick layer of dust on espresso machine, drink splatters all over glass and countertops, straw wrappers, used napkins, empty drink containers and miscellaneous garbage with drink spills on tables and on floor. All while multiple employees stand behind the counter and whisper and giggle to each other. And they still got my drink wrong. Ordered a gingerbread chai latte for my husband which is their signature holiday drink right now and didn’t realize until I got home it was just a regular latte. Zero gingerbread flavor. If the employees have time to stand around and gossip, they have time to clean and certainly enough time to get a drink order right. I won’t ever be returning. As a 3rd party location, they only redeem 150 stars on your phone for ANY redeemable product. I went in today to redeem 50 stars for a free hot coffee and after scanning my phone the barista told me "you only have 86 stars" in which I replied "yes I told you I was redeeming 50 for a free hot coffee. You can get a free hot coffee, tea or bakery item for 50 stars". She then said "because we're not a stand alone location we can only redeem 150 stars". I said "wait, if I have 150 stars and I intend to use them for 2 free coffees and a bakery item, I can't, because you take ppls 150 stars for 1 item?" In which she said yes. Orderd 2 drinks at 10:38 then sat in the drive-thru until 11:04 when I received my order. My drink was watered down and tasted like hand lotion. I've never seen people walk so slow. The person handing me my drinks looked at them smiled and said "have a nice day". She new the ice had melted. I have been a loyal customer since 2001 and no matter what I still take Starbucks abuse. I'm hopeful maybe one day Starbucks will come around to the way it used to be. A cup of coffee with a smile. No explanation for the wait and I was 5th in line....
