Customer service could really use some work. A few weeks ago I went to buy some jeans and they only had one pair, so the second pair came in the mail. Since I'd gotten two of the exact same pair of jeans I didn't think very hard (my bad) and threw them in the wash together. I washed them cold and let them dry cold. The pair I bought at the store fit just fine, but the pair they mailed fit like it was a size down. I brought it into the store to exchange it and the customer service rep started arguing with me about why I couldn't exchange the jeans. She was the lady wearing a pink shirt and she had brown/black hair with blonde highlights and tattoos on her right arm. She started by comparing my jeans to a pair of jeans the size up and saying my jeans looked right (who does that?). Then she grabbed a pair of the same exact jeans I had ordered, laid my pair on top, and said they were the same size. I told her to come back to the fitting room and let's try them on and see. She didn't come, but I did try the pair on from the store and they fit as they should. So, I brought them back up to customer service. The lady was helping another customer (no big deal), but upon finish up with her, instead of calling me up to finish helping me, she ignored me and just kept going with the line. Absolutely atrocious service and I've never, ever experienced such awful service. Anyway, it worked out because her coworker finished with his customer and helped me no big deal. He looked at my receipt and did my exchange no problem at all. In fact, the gentleman with the cat thugs shirt on was wonderful and should be applauded for his prompt service and his ability to not be a total jerk to paying customers. If I could leave zero stars I'd give this experience one star just because that gentleman is worth his service.
I absolutely have no plans to return to this Old Navy ever again. Hire people who know how to do their job and not obnoxious, rude people who talk down to customers like they've never bought jeans before. Absolutely awful store. No one...
Read moreI love the clothes at Old Navy the prices are good, the cashier was very helpful I know her personally I didn't feel comfortable being watched as I spend my money on a weekly basis with my coupons like I was stealing merchandise.by the young store manager with a huge tattoo on his hand seems to me he should have been on the cast of Games of Throne or something rather than a loss store manager made me feel very uncomfortable I don't think I would shop at that particular Old Navy anymore. I had to walk back and forth from the register to the men's section to crab different pants to see if they were my size so I can order it online so everytime I look up our eyes were meet he's following me he look at me didn't feel comfortable I should have walked out and returned everything but the pants were a good price some nice fatigue shorts and some carpenter pants.. maybe it was my skin color and the cashiers skin color... as he clocked out I believe to go to lunch a young lady walked over and asked the cashier so and so wants to pull the receipt of the transaction very...
Read moreThe store was a bit chaotic during our visit. We decided to stop on a whim in search of toddler clothing that actually fit. They had a varied selection of items. We found some and proceeded to the checkout. That's when everything slowed down. From the time that we entered to the time we left, half of it was spent at the checkout counter. This was the chaotic bit. None of the people at the registers knew what they were doing. Only one register was open for most of the time even though there were 4 employees behind the counter. I'd lie to remove more stars but the clothing fit my toddler so...
