The pictures that are posted on their website must have been when they just first opened up or got done doing a bunch of cleaning. The back room that is shown in one of the pictures with a bunch of cute little tutus and costume looking outfits really isn't there the back room that they have is full of junk toys that are dirty you can't walk even through that room without tripping over something. Then as you walk out of the back room you will see another room they put together as a play area for your kids to go in while shopping, it is dirty and unorganized I wouldn't even trust my dog in there alone. The strollers shown in the pictures don't look that nice they are dirty and ran down they charged full price for the strollers so not worth it, the clothes shown in the pictures don't look as nice very ran down expected for used clothing store once again prices are not great they charge you almost full price if not half of that price for used ran down clothes might as well go to a Goodwill, goodwills has reasonable prices at least. I do not recommend selling your good name brand new clothes there however, I brought in several brand new name brand with tag on them clothes prices ranging from 35 to $60 and they only wanted to pay $2 for each item turn around and sell them for half that price for half the price if not full price of the item. And when they ask why they do that the owner would not give me a answer. This was my first time going in and will be my last time. Will be posting pictures in the next few days. They say that they only take in decent-looking clothes yet half their clothes are so ran down and worn down so not worth what they're selling them for when we brought in a nice name brand pair of sweatpants we didn't notice that there was a little string hanging out of the knee part and she didn't want it because there was a little string hanging out of the knee part but yet there are pants there that are worn down and you can see starting to have a hole worn thru and some of the close are so worn that the fabric is thinning. They screw you over on what they give you cash or credit wise especially when it comes to cash pay outs. The owner was rude and short with my husband. I’ve gone to this store over the course of 5 years for all 3 of my pregnancies. I can say that every time I’ve gone in the women have been very standoffish. When you work in retail let alone a small business when a customer walks in the store you don’t look up and then look down in a completely empty store. I had to go out of way to greet her. Which is off putting. I asked for a specific range of item, was pointed to where it was at. Again your not busy the stores completely empty. It takes little effort to walk the customer to the area and show them the varieties available. I often look on their Facebook page and see what’s new. And there are customers with the same complaints as me. I ended up purchasing something that wasn’t what I originally went in for. The item wasn’t working correctly do to lack of new batteries. I asked the lady if it was ok. She tells me it’s not a swing. Well that is correct however it’s a bouncer and should vibrate. She fixed the problem. But from start to finish which was maybe 10 min was off putting.

Update Owner apologizes for experience blah blah. The funny thing is it’s always the owner whom I have the experiences with. You want customers to come in and for your employees to do well? Lead by example which clearly she’s not capable of. This is a second hand store not the baby section of Nordstrom’s. If your coming into this store chances are you understand children outgrow clothes, baby equipment etc fast. This store is poor 👎🏻👎🏻 in order to bring stuff you have to have them in a box folded and look in the board what they are accepting so you have to look through your box and take out what they are not accepting , also she does not give CASH unless it's a Specific Brand so you have to take the credit, not to mention she gets a big pile of clothes and gives you very poor credit or she'll be to picky and take mostly nothing from you ! Also I Did not know they updated there policy so I asked her a question and she responded so rude saying you've been here you should know that ! First of all yes I have bought at there store but it was 2 years ago and they moved location so I wanted to make sure nothing was changed or what the new policy was ! Also there stuff there is so expensive by the way it sucks how she doesn't accept stuff at all times she had a certain time where you can come to sell or exchange by the time you get there she will say am sorry am not taking anymore am all full the owner I believe is the white lady who is always in there she's the one who am talking about and she's rude as hell ! HERE IS A TIP FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS CASH AND WANTS TO TAKE ALL THE ITEMS CLOTHES ETC YOU DONT NEED TAKE THEM TO KIDS AND KABOODLE THEY ARE FRIENDLY GIVE YOU A GOOD DEAL OF CASH OR CREDIT FOR ALL BRANDS AND STUFF YOU CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT AND THE ITEMS PRICE ARE REASONABLE YOU CAN EVEN TAKE THEM IN BAGS I LOVE...
