Went in to look for a prom dress for my daughter and online it said the business is open till 8pm. No signs or the owner mentioned that the store closes at 7. Went in at 6. Had my daughter try on some dresses and we put them back and grabbed two More to try on. Not knowing the store was closing in 15 minutes. She came over to us near the dressing room. Grabbed the dress I was holding ,hung it up then grabbed the dress my daughter was holding throws it on the chair then grabs my daughters wrist to have her go closer to her then put her arms around my daughters waist not knowing she was trying to measure her waist but with no measuring tape. She was very rude about the whole thing. I said we're spending a lot of money and don't want to be rushed in getting a dress. If she was apologetic and say hey by the way we're closing in 15 min I can save these dresses and we're open again at such and such time. I'm all for small businesses but she was very unprofessional and rude and put hands on my child. I was not having that. I normally don't post reviews but feel like this was necessary. Highly don't recommend this place even though the priceses and dresses were a good deal and beautiful the customer service...

NOT TREATED WELL - We took my daughter here to look at sweet 16 dresses and homecoming dresses at the same time, as she has a fall birthday. The lady was kind while helping us, but when my daughter reminded her dad that we had a dress that was ordered online that would be arriving soon, the lady quickly changed her desposition and said, "what are you doing? You already ordered a dress! This is not a place to try on dresses for fun!" The saddest part was, we had all fallen in love with the dress my daughter had tried on and we were going to buy it. 😢 However, after the way we were treated, we felt as if she didn't want us in her store. Terrible customer service. We went to look at dresses and the person in the front when asked if we could try a dress on from the mannequin the lady was rude and snarky. After we tried the dress finally when we told her we were just looking right now and weren’t going to buy it right now she snatched the dress out of our hands. And then proceeded to yell at us about having a drink in our hand after we had already walked the whole store. Anyways won’t be buying from there, if you go a little further up there’s another dress store with similar if not the same dresses. And the owner of that store was really nice...
