I was surprised the store was even still in business. A lot of the shelves were just empty, but employees came up asking "can I help you" about 5 times during the 10 minutes I was trying to browse "Um no we're out (of anything I was looking for) but we can order it." There's a spot for it on the shelf, when might you get it in I ask 'I don't know, we get different stuff in" he says
I was just looking for some decent computer speakers and when I couldn't find any and asked the staff seemed confused. "Uhhh...yeah..i think we have some over against the wall." They only had 2 sets of computer speakers but they had 10 different kinds of electric toothbrushes. Just shut the store down and quit wasting everyones' time! 0/5...
Read moreHorrible customer service! I brought our laptop in because my son dropped it and we needed screen replaced. Nobody notified me when or if it was received to the point where I walked the customer service line nobody could give me any information about it and so I went in and same thing no information. So we waited 3 weeks no word so I went in again for them to tell me it got lost in shipping oh what a coincidence. The guy I worked with was just plane rude and passed me along to someone else like I didn’t matter.
And when I went in the first time this girl gave them her laptop for some repair or something and I overheard that they erased her entire life on there… everything. Gone. She was devastated. I would be...
Read moreI had the best experience I have ever had getting help with technology issues (and believe me, I get them frequently!). I wish that I could remember the name of the employee who helped me but he was a younger looking guy who not only solved the issue that I came in for but also helped me fix "little things" (maybe to him!) that had been bothering me for months. I can't think of anything that would have made for a better experience.
