Had the old owner still owned the company it would have gotten 5 stars. The new owners were rude when we went to paint. I was supposed to have a credit because of a mix up with my cup I painted. When I tried to bring it up to the owner the husband blew me off said he knew nothing about it and to talk to his wife who was at the register. I set my stuff down on a table to save the table and to go look around to see what I wanted to paint, the husband gave no regard to the fact my belongs were on a table and he pushed them down to the end of the table and let some random other person sit at the table. The wife never made time to talk to me about my credit. More like she avoided me at all cost. So I grabbed my stuff that the guy moved so someone else could sit there and the guy who was going to paint was looking at my belongs very oddly, and we left. I will NEVER step foot back in there unless sandy ever bought it back. The staff was so amazing. We made friends with Robin. She was amazing and so friendly! This new owner though…. Horrible experience here. Had something shipped, wrapped horrible and owner was not nice. In the box there only only one thing of bubble wrap, nothing covering the trunk. Me and boyfriend decided to do something special for our anniversary and we decided to make something that will last us forever. Short lived our items showed up broken, the elephant was not rapped properly and the 4 hours we spent at got paint went out the door. We live 4 hours away so it was special. In total I paid 100, 70 for the elephant and the paint/ fee , and 30 for shipping. And most importantly the meaning behind the elephant was what me and my boyfriend mostly cared for.

All I have to say, don’t ship your items. Don’t pay that much for it to be broken. They’ only refund the item but not the shipping or the studio fee. Very disappointed and will not go...

Super nice family owned business that really goes the extra mile to make your painting experience special. I can’t say enough about how kind the staff are and the quality of choices offered to paint. I don’t recommend this activity for little kids unless they are at an age where art/concentration is their thing. Maybe plan to come back a few times for the children’s project (one charge, return trips are free). It’s great for a group of friends to grab a couple of large teas and spend some quality time together laughing/talking/being creative. Also great for a small family to create a memorable moment.
