QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Lakewood

The quality of food I received from this restaurant was so subpar that anyone involved should be ashamed. First they didn't have a whole type of bean like I understand obscure meats but pinto beans that's just disappointing and at least they should have a sign up or some warning that they don't offer it so I don't wonder up and accidentally order a burrito. Second the size of my burrito had to be half what I get at any other Qdoba and the quality was just so poor cold rice and cold and dry steak. I sincerely hope that people don't go to this restaurant for there first experience with Qdoba because it is so poor and unrepresentative of the brand that they may never have it again. I will never go to this location again and nothing will ever change my mind on that, I definitely won't be surprised when this location closes. I just wanted to give a HUGE kudo to the manager there, Aaron. I actually called about an issue with my Qdoba account (had nothing to do with this location although I've only ever had positive experiences the few times I have eaten here). I sent a message through the website twice and had no response in over 3 weeks. Aaron was very pleasant, professional and eager to help. He gave me the number I needed and encouraged me to call back should it not work. He seriously went above and beyond with how he handled everything, and considering that this technically wasn't really his problem and they were probably in the middle of a lunch rush when I called, I was even more surprised by this excellent show of service and patience I received. Thanks, Aaron! More managers everywhere should take some notes from your book. It's nice to see that good customer service...

I was starving after a long day and my family was at Colorado Mills visiting from out of town. I have celiac and when I tell you they were thoughtful, compassionate and knowledgeable about what they could serve me and keep me safe...it literally blew my mind! They changed gloves, washed their hands and advised me about what does and does not contain gluten. They were incredible and went above and beyond (as far as I am concerned) with helping me stay safe with my food choices. It is really difficult to eat food that is safe going out for people with celiac and these folks did a stellar job!! On top of it, my bowl tasted incredible!!
