I’ve been to this theater when I was younger, and when I came back to watch Demon Slayer infinity Castle in IMAX it was amazing! Even though the IMAX is Dual 2k Xenon projectors, it still delivered high quality pictures, the Audio was so loud, a little too loud but still no complaints! I wish the seat where reclining but hey it didn’t bother me at all or I’m just not picky on seats

I wanted to share a suggestion that I believe would greatly benefit both the theater and the community: upgrading your IMAX auditorium from the current dual 2K Xenon system to IMAX with Laser.

IMAX Laser provides sharper 4K resolution, brighter images, deeper contrast, and far richer colors. With so many blockbuster films being released in IMAX formats today—including many that are digitally remastered specifically for laser projection—this upgrade would give Colorado movie fans the very best experience possible, and keep UA Colorado Mills competitive with other premium theaters in the region. I know it may sound expensive, but this investment will be worth it!

As someone who chooses theaters based on picture and sound quality, I can assure you that an IMAX Laser upgrade would draw even more movie lovers to your location. Colorado deserves a state-of-the-art IMAX, and I truly believe Colorado Mills is the perfect place for it.

Never again 🤦‍♀️ My fiancé and I drove 45 minutes to this theater because the seating chart was wide open while showings at other theaters were nearly sold out… but we quickly and unfortunately learned why. I am not one to complain but would simply like to help others to have a better experience. The first red flag was ordering a large popcorn that was handed to us in a medium- sized bag rather than a universal “large” sized bucket. I was unaware that due to inflation the “large” size popcorn must have gone down in size. After watching 40 minutes of previews, we quickly realized that instead of John Wick 4, we were given tickets to Are You There God, It’s Me, Margaret? after just 5 seconds of the introduction scene. We went back to the front desk and the only options were to view the next showing (after 9pm on a Sunday work night) or be refunded for our tickets. A “refund” (for our seats…. Not including the over- priced condensations we bought) unfortunately did not make up for the gas money it took us to drive a hour and a half to and from the theater, or the cost to buy John Wick 1 2 and 3 off Amazon this week leading up to the big premiere of the 4th movie of the JW saga. Any recommendations for a good theater would be appreciated. The tickets were nearly $15 per person and the seats don’t even heat or recline. My family and I have been going to this theater for years. We see movies so often that we were given a $100 gift card for our wedding to the theater. We used it once at this theater and had a balance of $73. We even have a receipt showing it. Today we went to see a scary movie at 11 am... so probably a nearly empty theater. The cashier said she couldn't find the gift card in their system and called the manager. The manager also told us he couldn't find it and said there was nothing he could do. He said it never existed. I showed him the receipt and said "this receipt is from your movie theater, do you agree?" And he said "yes you probably just spent it all". He could provide no transaction history and had just told me he couldn't find it anywhere, acknowledged the receipt came from his movie theater, and then still chose to suggest I was trying to cheat the theater. So basically he turned away two regular customers and called them liars to leave a movie theater empty on a Wednesday morning rather than try and honor the gift card. And they wonder why people aren't going to the movies anymore. I'll keep going to Alamo Drafthouse. I never need to see a movie here again. It's not even the closest theater to us anymore.
