This review is 80% customer service, 20% food. We came here the other night Sat Mar 14 a group if 6 right before a rush. Our order was simple 2 lemonades, a frozen vanilla coffee a frozen cinnabon, a Cinnabon cold brew all smalls and a cinnamon stick order of 5. The kids working behind the counter were lost and over all really rude and difficult. The counters were dirty and things needed restocking. There were roughly 6 employees behind the counter. We waited about 20min for our order the first of which was a lemonade, then we got a frozen vanilla, a frozen coffee just the concentrate (eww) and then we waited. We asked for our cinnamon sticks and they argued that we didnt order any even though the cashier said we did order 5 and the receipt reflected that. They said we didnt order a second lemonade even though the receipt showed we did. And the last drink we ordered the cold brew came out as a churro drink no coffee. I explained we didnt order that and went over the order again. They argued that the receipt said churro drink. I told them I understand that but I did not order a churro drink I wanted coffee and ordered the cold brew. After arguing for 5min and the girl refusing to remake it I said to just give it to me I was really irritated and finally was like I don't care what your receipt says I didn't order it but ill take it because I'm tired of arguing with you. They asked if I wanted whipped cream on it which set me off even more and told them to just give me the drink and that their customer service needed work. The drinks were horrid none of them were correct and we had to request cups to put our cups in because of how messy they were made overflowing and caramel all over them. Read moreWas doing doordash with my mother, and had gotten an order to this place within the mall. When we go up to the stand, we’d asked one employee about the order, and we were told they were out of them and making them, she gave us an estimated 30-40 minute wait. As the line started to go down we were still waiting on the order, and had met another dasher waiting for an order as well. As we were sitting waiting to pick up the order, it was easy to tell there’s not enough room for even 4 employees to move around comfortably, one of the employees had an attitude, and it was a disorganized mess. After about 45 minutes of waiting we’d gotten up and had asked one of the employees about the order, and he had to yell to get another employees attention because she was more interested in talking to a boy outside the stand (not professional, let alone a good view when your busy and saying you’re out of items. Out of all the employees the two adults that where behind the stand were actually nice and didn’t look like they had an attitude or would rather be out of the job doing whatever. Professionalism, good customer service, and good attitudes is what keeps a business open. On another note once we did get the order it had been roughly a little over an hour. We were lucky we had an understanding customer within doordash. Time is money, you get paid to do what you want behind the counter, and still get paid at the end of the week, doordashers rely on quickness. Read moreI had to return a pair of Levi's to Colorado Mills. Since 3 of my neighbors like Cinnabon items I stopped here to pickup 3 items. I approached the counter and since it wasn't clear where I needed to place my order, I decided to stand in clear view of the 2 employees who were standing nearby. After they finished chatting about whatever was going on with the male staff member's phone and neither one asked if I needed help, I asked the female if anyone was working. She pointed to the male who obviously did not want to be bothered and reluctantly approached me.
I asked for a menu item and he claimed that they didn't have any. Rather than walk away, since I didn't want to disappoint my neighbors, I asked about an item in the case and selected 3. Not only did he not put the container cover on tightly, the icing leaked out over the sides of the containers and the bag. Petty? Perhaps. I probably would have overlooked that if I received good customer service.
On top of all that, 3 cinnamon centers cost $17.61. I definitely do not...
