Imaginarium — Local services in Lakewood

First and foremost the staff there was super friendly and outgoing we were celebrating our Friends 60th bday mentioned that at door and they wished her a Happy Birthday, they offer to take pictures of us in group and assisted us with details on the live show times outside and then the continuing walkthrough of the rest of the indoor lights in the old Forever21 building or Mervyns if anyone remembers that store 🌻to walk through a magical space created for your imagination just to transport you back to that “Kid in you” for me personally was out of this world…the Butterflies 🦋 fairies, Mushrooms, 🐉 Dragons and under the sea 🌊 adventure, volcanos, Stars, Moon phases and more but not least my absolute favorite “Sunflowers” multiple rooms and layouts of favorite flowers roses to favorite color scheme. Hoop performance and dance plus balancing and juggling and chair climbing and motorcycle circles in an and Iron in closed dome. I enjoyed it 💯🙌♥️ the lighted infinity rooms with different colors backgrounds and motion pictures…this woman enjoyed everything about the Imaginarium but have to say the staff all made it more special…from the guard keeping our safety walking in and out to both exhibits and the entire staff their at the exhibits Thank you 🙏🏽 The Birthday Gurly loved it and all of us who accompanied were delighted and amazed at the Entire Immersive Light Experience! One thing if I could just say for the live shows…bringing down the background music so that the music from the live performance can be enjoyed fuller…the music 🎶 was clashing with the beat of their performance music plus it probably causes more distraction for them doing all of those shows…just positive feedback 🙌💯loved their show too!! Keep up the good work Lakewood Imaginarium Night Staff...

Pretty weird.

Very dirty and hot. Tons of people that move around awkwardly. There is a slight chance for nice photos but in all honesty the stuff to sit on is nasty.

Some tips for the ppl behind this project.

1. Have people control the smaller rooms with mirrors to create better photo taking opportunities

2. You don’t need 5 ppl by the front…Hire someone who wipes things down keeps it clean. Also put hand sani stations

3. Have staff help with photo taking cause tons of ppl on dates. Can’t take a photo together at all really when you go as a pair.

4. Careful Parents, floors are uneven and kids can trip, and fall. Not all of the tiles were bonded on the floor, some were loose. Keep your event safe.

5. Please don’t cheap out on the AC, it makes ppl want to leave after coming in.

6. Over priced for what it was, improve the venue if you want over 20 per person.

That sums it up,...

Don't waste your money on this overpriced limited experience. Most disappointing is they force each person to pay a separate "service fee"; which is 18% for my kids and senior parents - unbelievable, every person is charged this extra surcharge. Honestly, I am sick of these nickel and dime fees everywhere. I would have paid one service fee for the entire group, but not for every individual.

Only two members of our group went through it and finished in 25 minutes, saying it was cute, but not worth it. The rest of us refused and decided to go to an alternative event with a much better value proposition. If you really have a desire to spend $26 pp for 30 minutes of lights, please enjoy. However, buyer beware as this is definitely not worth the price and the extra per...
