What kind of business is this?
I had a bad dining experience on April 6, 2025. My order was a plate with two items—beef and broccoli, and cashew chicken (which was excessively greasy)—along with white rice and power greens since chow main was out for 10 minutes, so I could not get it on my plate.
Their rice was tasted awful because they did not properly wash it before cooking. Having grown up eating white rice, I can immediately tell when it hasn’t been washed—the cook was simply lazy or did not know how to cook rice. Don't get me wrong, unwashed rice is still eatable, but washing it before cooking removes unwanted insects or debris.
As you know, fried rice is made from white rice, but when too much seasoning is added, it's impossible to tell if the rice was properly washed. Unfortunately, many restaurants serve us rice this way. And this restaurant was one of them.
I sent this feedback, along with other complaints about my experience, to their headquarters as constructive criticism on April 6.
On April 23, they finally responded with an apology, but they also asked for more details about my order and pressured me to reply within three days. After enduring the chaos of tax season and helping my client navigate a major issue, I didn’t have time to play along with a business that took weeks to address my claim.
I felt frustrated once again. So, I reminded them of a simple logical point: If they truly cared about my issue—which is ultimately their issue—why did it take them two weeks to respond? And why, after such a delay, did they demand that I reply within a short timeframe?
Their third response to my strongly worded letter was to ask for permission to send me a coupon. But again, they imposed a deadline—I had to reply within three days, or I wouldn’t receive it.
What kind of business operates this way?
It’s clear they care more about protecting themselves than addressing my concerns. Given their attitude, it’s no surprise I had a bad experience at their restaurant. If they truly cared about customers' health, I wouldn’t have received such poorly prepared food in the...

If you go here dont order the black pepper chicken and chow mein and the last time i was here, the fried rice gets hard like raw rice when its cold, its...
