Potato Corner — Restaurant in Lakewood

We came here today and we ordered our usual spicy bbq giga fries. When we got our order, the fries were under seasoned and had less powder than usual. As my husband explained it to the server nicely, The server was very rude and said that she put the right amount of powder and started yelling the name of the another costumer. We have been coming to this location since 2013. We never experienced this kind of service. This store location is not up to par in other location. I wish that I would have skipped on going to buy food there. The customer service was awful. I am not sure why the person that I had no interaction with until my food was ready, was so rude. Usually when it's an order to go; they package the food, give me napkins etc. However, this person decided to basically throw the food at me and I asked if I was supposed to package it and with a very unfriendly and sharp tone said yeah. hire incompetent people to work. Person in front of me ordered an extra large, was charged, and then informed that they don’t have XL and refunded. I ordered a large, paid, then informed they didn’t have a large. My card was already charged and no refund was given. I assumed they were just going to make my order in a medium and pay the difference but workers acted like I didn’t pay.
