Charleys — Restaurant in Lakewood

This is 2nd time I eat this with my wife and kids...The first time it was in carson it was very tasty my boys and wife loved it so went to the one in Lakewood and that was not a good discussion paid about $90 for food that was have cooked and half done the bread was not even toasted there was no onions or mushrooms on there if I was eating in i would have sent it back but it was to go. I used to love Charley’s and my visit today will be the last visit . The prices went up and the food is disgusting now . The steak meat taste like old Mc Donald’s cheese burger meat and the cheese taste like soap. The food is over priced and they charge everything separately when you get the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. If you get a large sandwich the whole meal is not large just the sandwich is large . I eat here often, my favorite lunch spot. Team Members are incredibly nice. Food is exceptional and made to order. Sometimes there is a wait but the meal is worth it! Accommodating to requests, no attitude, and good food...

Guests are a hot mess express and leave trash behind. During busy times no one can clean up. Never disgusting, mostly receipts and lemonade juice.
