Long story short me and my two year old is homeless . I reached out to Trish a few times only for them to tell me that I make to much to get any assistants. So for those of you who make $18.50 and work 40 hours a week they will not help you . Even though when I initially reached out, I was told that I would be able to sit down with her and another worker prior to me getting a raise and she never followed up and then when I had to follow up with them, never responded until March. So in other words, if she would’ve did her job like she was supposed to maybe I wouldn’t be in the situation that I’m in now. It’s a shame how a single working parents barely making it can’t get help. Meanwhile, you got people coming in from other countries, get everything for nothing people in jail getting free education people who have multiple kids, which is just ridiculous getting everything handed to them and they don’t have to work,...

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Trish is absolutely amazing. She never stops working, Is honest about what she can do & can’t do, and genuinely takes care of all of her clients to the best of her ability. Every person I have interacted with has been so very kind. It has been a long journey for myself these last couple years, being in a low income situation with a handicap child and no help. I’d rather work and take care of my family As I have in the past. Trish was the first person that I have dealt with when it comes to resources that understood I don’t want to have to get these resources. I need them though. This place passed an inspection and approved a place where it’s mice infested, lack of heat, ceilings looking like there about to fall through. This is an agenda that will now be brought to light. They are continuing to stall to place me somewhere else. They came and took pictures and stated they were reporting it to the City and now telling me I have to. This placement has taken a tremendous toll on my health to the point my doctor has given the courts a letter stating the conditions and this Community Center has done absolutely NOTHING. It’s a racial profile tactic now using slumlords to push blacks out of their community. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! You should be shamed...
