And it matters when I write the review? Kate will always default to anything she perceives the other person as doing wrong. Admit the hair dresser messed up my hair and move on - it’s not hard. Kate told me to bring the fallen extensions to my next appt. Now she’s claiming it’s my fault I didn’t just walk in with a hair extension? She always set the schedule herself, I trusted her as the professional, esp. for $3,000. That’s my fault now too? 😣 I was 100% told 2 packs of hair during my consultation. Bragging about 20 years of experience doesn’t give an owner more awareness and consideration. A few years ago, I asked her what her fee was for extensions, she told me ā€œdon’t worry you can’t afford meā€. The holier than thou hasn’t changed. Charging 550$ for a pack of hair that is 200$ is already a red flag for hair that is dry, brittle, poor quality. During my consult was told I’d need 2 packs of hair, day of was told 3; sure, here’s another $550. After my last maintenance w/ her employee, my tape ins were growing at an angle and after 4 weeks 2 pieces falling out, a piece growing past my ear. MY OWN HAIR was falling out with it. I told Maggie and Kate, no apology, just ā€œsave the piece and bring it inā€. That same week, 5 more pieces came out, my OWN HAIR FALLING OUT with it. I told Kate, she said it could be from the way I’m brushing it. I’ve had them for 6 mos at that point, I know how to brush my hair. Next, she blamed me again and said she told me to come in at 5 weeks. Lies, I have texts of her scheduling 6-7 weeks with me, she told me the same in person. ā€œwell it’s up to the customer to make those appts at 5 weeksā€, if I’ve paid you nearly $3,000, I should trust your advice when you tell me 6-7 weeks. Also - any sympathy about the extensions I paid $3,000 for that are now falling out with my own hair? No. My new hairdresser confirmed there was too much/too little hair between extensions and placed wrong. Never checked in to see if I figured out what to do. This left me in a bind as I needed my maintenance done that week. If I’m paying you $1700 for install, I should get that same person for maintenance, not someone I didn’t anticipate hiring who’s in training (which isn’t the trainees fault). I felt disrespected, not considered, gave $3,000 to this business for 6 months worth of extensions; in itself were low quality.

Kate and company will make you feel relaxed, listened to and totally at ease during the entirety of your appointment. From start to finish, she pays attention to the things that are most important to you and gives you not just a service, but an experience. My cut and color got so many compliments from friends and family! Would highly recommend!!

Maggie is literally amazing. She colored my hair back to my natural color, pulling out old bleach. Used the absolute best products on my hair that weren’t damaging, smelled amazing, and helped make my hair look so shiny and beautiful. I even bought some of the products! I’ll be back :)

Maggie is literally amazing. She colored my hair back to my natural color, pulling out old bleach. Used the absolute best products on my hair that weren’t damaging, smelled amazing, and helped make my hair look so shiny and beautiful. I even bought some of the products! I’ll be back :)

I had the absolute pleasure of having Kate work her magic on my hair, and let me just say, she is a true artist! From the moment I stepped into her salon, I felt welcomed and at ease. Kate's warm personality and genuine passion for her craft immediately put me at ease, and I knew I was in good hands.

The extraordinary women at B Glam Beauty continue to blow my mind. The knowledge, experience and patience they have is like no other. I have been getting hair extensions for a few years now and when I first got them I was completely clueless. I wanted the length and fullness but I didn't want a ton of maintenance. Kate took the time to listen to what I wanted and came up with the perfect plan for me. I've always been the girl who had more of a greasy scalp and washed my hair often. Between the amazing service and quality products I have beautiful extensions that last. I feel so beautiful and confident.
