Coffee Pot — Restaurant in Lakewood

First and foremost I’m reviewing this establishment in receipt to a review I received at my business.I will state I have never stepped foot in this establishment nor have I ever spent money in this establishment. I’m writing this review to let the public know the type of people who own and operate this establishment.

I own and operate Auto Expo USA.  The owner of the coffee pot came to our store multiple times with multiple family members to purchase vehicles. All of which were taken care of and eventually were able to purchase cars and get financed. Unfortunately one situation went very very south. Customer purchased a car and put money down and was approved and financed by the bank. When it came time to pay the first payment they did not pay the payment as agreed and also missed a schedule reset time to pay the payment. When notified by the store that the car was going to get repossessed by the bank orAuto Expo Usa the customer still did not reply. It’s called first payment default. Auto Expo USA owns the vehicle and now has to repossess the vehicle at that point. when Auto Expo USA arrive to pick up the vehicle the customers or customer then was extremely defiant and used foul language and was very argumentative. The customer then gets in the vehicle and takes off and ends up leading a crazy and dangerous car chase through Lakewood Ohio. Once the vehicle arrived at the location it was blocked in and the repossession proceeded. Once the vehicle was repossessed all down payment money was still refunded back to the customer. So therefore the customer drove a vehicle for a month and a half never made one car payment and was refunded all down payment. This establishment called us deceitful. So please be the judge.

Mediocre at best. My husband and I just moved to Lakewood, our first morning here we decided to try this place based on reviews but were disappointed. We thought we would be able to sit down and eat, but no. The owner/cook/whoever greeted us said they were only doing take out, we asked why he said “because I've been in and out all day” okay, whatever that means... so we order, wait for our food, ask the server who’s finally made herself visible if the inside is closed due to Covid she said “no, he just does whatever he wants and I’m the only other one here” good to know. Our food was cooked WAY too fast, I was extremely skeptical taking it but I went home and attempted to eat it anyway. Now this is important- I live FOUR MINUTES away from this establishment, my food could not have gotten cold on the way home. My home fried potatoes were cold to the touch and underdone so bad, they were basically mush.The sausage you can tell is cheap and pumped with water, the only flavor it had was a hint of wet dog so after one bite I gave the sausage to my actual dog. My eggs were so yellow and had a rubbery texture, they almost felt like children’s play food. As far as my husband’s meal, I’ve never seen him not finish a stack of pancakes. I’m definitely not impressed like I thought and will probably not give this place a second chance. Also, a place called the coffee pot I’d assume would have more than just regular and decaf, but hey,...

I had read so many reviews about this place I had been wanting to go in here an try just to get my feel of the place. I mean you see negative reviews on places. But you can't really get the feel for a place unless you go in an see for yourself. So we was out a about an decided to stop in an see what all these awesome reviews was about. The Service in here was awesome. The sweet waitress came an set us down in a timely manner and was great on service. My partner an I took an ample amount of time looking over the menu an finally came to a choice that we both ordered the same things just a few things fixed different. We both had the BLT, for the ones that don't know what that is it's a Bacon, Lettuce, & Tomato Sandwich. I have seen those in my past fixed alot of styles. This sandwich was made just wonderful an yes the Cook throws the bacon up on here no piece of the bread was not covered with bacon. I love a place that shows love in what they are cooking and this lady does superb way in everything she cooks. This is a place that we will be going back to again on another day for some breakfast. I even took time to take a picture of what i order to show how the plate was decorated. This was delicious in every way. Thanks so much was...
