Patton's Foods — Local services in Lakewood

I have been ordering from here for months whenever I cannot get to the store. I read some of the bad reviews and I find them hard to believe. I have never had the driver be late or not show up. He carries the heavy boxes up a large flight of stairs every single time. They call when they are on the way which is nice. Secondly, both of the people that I have talked to on the phone have been very nice. Even the woman. Third, yes the food appears to be generic brands but most of it is stuff I would have bought if I went to Walmart or Save a lot anyway. I usually spend 279 and it lasts like three weeks. Not one time did me or my children get sick from the meat or anything else. Lastly, the only thing none of us like are the chocolate creme cookies but I just tell them and they switch them with something else. People need to quit complaining over petty stuff. They take the time to box all that stuff up and bring it to you and all u can do is complain. Without this service Idk how I would go get food sometimes. I'd be walking and dragging bags down the street. I do not believe they gave someone rotten meat and if they did, I truly believe if you call, I bet they would replace it I love this service and anyone reading this should give it a try. I have used this service many times. I do wish they would give continued customers say a small line of credit. Say their 75.00 order limit to established customers but I understand that maybe they get ripped off that way. I just also wanted to add that they call me when they are going to be in my area to see if I want to order anything which I think...

I just ordered from them for the first time. Got the barbeque bonanza.. Just Got my order and had them substitute 10lbs of hind chicken quarters with boneless chicken breast... mind you it already came with 2.5 (40oz) of boneless chicken..i wanted them to just replace the 10lbs ofhind quarters with 10lbs of bonless breasts..only got 2.5lbs.. they wont answer the phone or anything no matter how much ive called.. paid $89.99 n got ripped off.. saily i got it for my daughters first birthday this sunday n now i have to go spend even more money to compensate what they ripped me off on.... if i could give zero stars i would.. next...

Put in a order was told it would be delivered by 3 o'clock call them at 3 oclock and they said let me call driver they said his car is broke down and we could go later and get the food out of his car and I told them I dont want food that has been sitting in some ones car for over 5 hours I wanted new stuff the lady on the ph ok ne was very rude and said I'm just going to cancel ur order and when I asked to speak to a manger she hung up on me very poor service I have ordered from them before and never had issues gush time to find a new place do not...
