Spirit Halloween — Local services in Lakewood

Really helpful staff, Momo, Aaron, and Gavin were really friendly and approachable. They definitely know the store, what's available, and how to make your Halloween event really fun. They had great suggestions for my Mermaid costume. Everyone working there had really cool make up and outfits. Fun vibes for sure!

This place was surpringly stocked with all the costume accessories I needed. Steampunk parasol? You got it! Jason Voorhees mask, jumpsuit, and shirt? Done! I got everything for my Greek, hippie, and Freddy Krueger costumes. They have lots of kids costumes, outdoor decor, accessories, and lots of options (modest or sexy) for men and women. Today (Nov 1st) everything is 25% off, tomorrow (Nov 2nd) is 50%.

Store was clean and easy to navigate. Lots of parking, right next to the Discount Tire, right off of 84th street in Lakewood...

I would give this place a 0 if I could. I went there the other day to return some plain pink spiderweb because it was too big and the manager refused to do the refund because the online receipt said send return through mail for animatronic and costumes only. The manager was convinced that the plain pink spiderweb that doesn't move was animatronic and trying to convince her that it wasn't she was still convinced that it was. Went to the spirit halloween in Spanaway and guess what they accepted my return. The manager at the Lakewood location needs to be retrained and learn the definition of animatronic. Maybe someone will get her a dictionary...

This place is joke. I literally just bought an Item, I was still inside the store. I didn’t realize the price was high, I thought I saw it right! As soon as I saw my receipt, I asked the cashier to cancel/return it right in there! and They wouldn’t let me return/cancel my item because I already paid (which is a sec ago only). The cashier told me that the price was at the back of the item(I told him that I saw the price wrong and didn’t realize it), I am used to a cashier that would say my final price, and also would mention that no return after I purchase it!l but he did not mention...
