I first went to a Bloom Aesthetics to get a Diamond Dermabrasion Facial as I saw a coupon on Groupon. As any new customer, I didn’t know what to expect. Jordan was so sweet and immediately greeted me when entering her room. Her room was neatly organized and very inviting with the lights dimmed, soft music playing and the smell of fresh essential oils. She walked me through what to expect and asked if I had any questions or concerns regarding my skin. My facial lasted about an hour and my skin was shiny and refreshed afterwards. This time I went to her to get a Bloom Signature Facial + Dermaplaning. This was hands down the BEST facial I have ever received. Again, Jordan immediately greeted me, walked me through what to expect, and asked if I had any questions before we began, which I reported dry skin in certain areas of my face. She asked about my skin care routine and talked about certain ingredients in face products that are known to clog pores. She was very knowledgeable in her practice. During the facial, she asked me how I was feeling and if there was any sensitivity throughout the dermaplaning process. She was very thorough when clearing my pores and during the extraction process. She even went out of her way to add extra hydration to my skin using cool air and water (not sure what process this was called.) After my facial, my skin was GLOWING. My face felt so smooth, moisturized, and hydrated. My skin looked shiny and clear. Jordan then took extra time to explain some of the new products she had regarding acne and the ingredients of face washes/ masks that will prevent my pores from clogging in the future. I went to bloom for a microblading/shading combo for my asymmetrical and thinning brows that I over plucked for years. I have been looking into microblading for the last 7 years and finally decided to go for it. Jordan truly is gifted at what she does, she is an absolute perfectionist (which I definitely appreciate when someone is tattooing my face) and kept me comfortable for my first appt ~3 hours. Jordan made me feel welcome from the moment I walked into her beautiful studio. She made sure I was informed and worked to make my vision to come to life while making sure my brows matched my face, as everyone’s different. she checked 3 or 4 times after mapping my brows to make sure I would like the shape.
