Great little hole in the wall place!

I stopped in by myself and ordered carry out. My order was ready in a perfectly acceptable amount of time, and my food was handed to me piping hot.

I got an egg roll because of another reviewer’s praise… they were not kidding, the egg roll is stellar. Crispy on the outside. Loaded on the inside with cabbage and pork and yum stuff. The hot mustard cleared my sinuses, and was perfect.

I also ordered green curry which was fabulous… One of the best I’ve had! Curry is a great dish to order if you want to evaluate a Thai restaurant’s bona fIdes. The curry was loaded with fresh, perfectly cooked vegetables. The curry sauce was perfectly balanced… tasted like it was made from homemade curry paste… and perfectly broken… right at that edge where just a few bits of coconut oil are floating on it like an authentic Thai curry should. The spice level was perfect for my taste, I ordered it three on a scale of 1 to 5 and it was pleasantly hot. The chicken was tender and still tasted like chicken, which can be unusual with some places where it’s over cooked, steamed or boiled, or has been sitting around too long.

There are only three tables and no table service that I could see but when the food is this good… so what?

I am looking to forward to going back and trying more things there. Excellent job, this place deserves...

I gave Thai Phoon a second chance because the food is really good and reasonably priced. I also wanted to see this little gem do well.

The last 3 times I've ordered, I had a great experience. Customer service was excellent, order was accurate, and I received my food on time. Unlike a previous time, when I was charged for food I never received.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Please give this spot a try! You won't be disappointed.

I gave 2 stars because I want this place to survive, although it should receive 0 stars. I hate seeing a business in my community close. So, I hope the owner uses my review as constructive criticism.

I placed my small order (dumplings and an egg roll) online & arrived at the time indicated in my text confirmation. Waited for about 40 minutes for food & then eventually left. According to the employee, the food order was never submitted. The employee was rude & extremely behind schedule. A poor Door Dasher was waiting over an hour for their pickup. This seems to be an ongoing issue. Needless to say, I never got my food.

I had an absolutely horrible experience ordering from here. I ordered from Grubhub and from the start it was downhill. Within minutes of ordering, I got a message that the food would be 20 minutes later than originally stated, not a huge deal. Then I got a text from the grubhub driver at the pickup time that the food would be 45 minutes longer to make. I thought this may be a mistake and called the restaurant. I told the man who answered that I ordered from Grubhub and he immediately cut me off and said “I’m not grubhub, I dont have time for this” and hung up on me. I wrote to my driver who said that the staff there is super rude and food is always late and when he came in and asked for the food they laughed at him and said 45 more minutes. So not only were they rude to me and ruined my night by making me wait an extra hour for food, they ruined this drivers night because he couldnt take another delivery. The food arrived bland and under-seasoned to top it off. I will not be going back to a place that treats service industry workers like garbage and hangs up on...
