I don't spend money on my hair or nails or massages. However, I took a chance and tried a full set of lashes to change it up. I am in LOVE with my lashes. I'm addicted. I've been to countless salons over the years for facials, massages, hair, pedis, etc. I love coming to Flawless! From my first visit I was warmly welcomed. My technicians keep copious notes about my visits as I need a specific glue to keep my lashes on. Regardless of my lash tech, my lashes always look "Flawless." I can't believe that I found this gem on the second floor of an office building. Every time I come to Flawless, there is something new to discover. I love the way the reception area is merchandised. It's a very cute and clean look. I can easily spot the new products and Emily is always available to chat and share the new products and services with me. I've purchased multiple products including Deck Polish and Glad Girl Lash. Love them! And since I've been getting my lashed done, I've ventured into the brow wax and tint and I'm going to schedule DermaPlaning next. Both the techs that I've scheduled with (Bre and Lauren) are amazing. OK, I’ve said it a million times over the years 9 to be exact that everyone at Flawless is amazing and very talented and knowledgeable. They just all have pretty souls!! I get my Lashes done by Lauren D or BRI 💖💖and they are always fantastic and totally gorgeous!! I swear I’m cuter because of them!!!

Buttttt now I have to praise Lauren, D and Emily for a moment my skin is totally and utterly FLAWLESS!! I used to have ugly dark spots and my skin was just dry. I also started to notice that I was developing lines and wrinkles in my 30s but with Lauren‘s guidance and help and Emily suggestion combined with both of their extensive knowledge base on skin care NOW my skin is clear and smooth AND GLOWING. I don’t have to wear filters. I don’t have to wear make up and I truly feel happy and beautiful with my current results! I depend heavily on reviews before going to a new place or trying a new service. After reading how wonderful Flawless Lashes was and hearing the awesome reviews about Raven, I was extremely disappointed how my eyelash lift turned out. After not getting the results I was looking for, I decided to go with eyelash extensions instead (from a different place). They told me that the eyelash lift fried my lashes. The girl took a picture to show me the damage and suggested that I post it for others to look out for. I was told it is going to take about two months for the damage to get better. Another thing I was disappointed about was that since this was my first time getting the eyelash lift I didn't know the steps. It would have been nice to be told what each step was as she was doing it. I know there are a lot of great reviews, but I wanted to share this part as well....
