I randomly stopped here after work and I'm so glad I did. What a pleasure being served by Jon. He broke down the menu and gave me options due to my indecisiveness. I got the dinner special which was ribs and two small sides (mac and cheese and the baked cornbread) for $14. What a steal! The ribs were fall off the bone tender and smokey. The sides were all very flavorful. The pork bites and cilantro sauce were a perfect pairing. I'm definitely coming back with the misses so I can order more food without shame. I don’t usually eat in my car but it was totally worth it. They took an order in a very friendly manner with a big smile on both of their faces. I’m not a pork eater yet Maria suggested the roast beef sandwich and I usually get an empanada. The roast beef sandwich is def one of my favorite! The roast beef flavor is on spot, the caramelized onion and mushrooms give the beef an extra flavor that would make you sing while eating! The empanadas were crispy and flavorful. Our family was on a staycation in Lancaster and having had Jon and Maria's food previously, I was eager to introduce it to my family. They were not disappointed! My son declared their Smokey Cuban to be one of the best sandwiches he has ever eaten and the cilantro bowls were excellent. We opted for Pork Bites and Smokey Chicken.
