Extremely rude and ignorant pharmacist on 07/10/25 we called from a different pharmacy to get the patient detail updated from this pharmacy and pharmacist didnât give her name out when asked multiple times and didnât talk nicely or politely and at the end hang up the call even though she was informed we are calling to update our records Ona particular patient. Seems like we lost our trust in cvs due to these kind of ill mannered staff. She being a pharmacist has a huge responsibility to solve any problems on patients. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone after dealing with them once. I wonder what she would do to her staff and the customers. I would strongly recommend to fire that pharmacist on the spot. And hire some one with nice work ethics and attitude. I would not recommend my friends and family to even come close to cvs anymore due to this incident .
