Terrible customer service. The lady at the front has no people skill and refuses to own up for her mistakes. I placed a phone order in English (because that’s how she answered the phone) for 1 asada burrito and 2 wet Chile Colorado burritos. I get to the restaurant and she has 2 wet asada burritos bagged. I start speaking to her in Spanish because she wasn’t understanding what I was saying in English. I wasn’t being mean about it, I thought it was a human mistake and that they would help me out. She has the audacity to tell me that I wasn’t clear over the phone and heard that I wanted two asada burrito with Colorado wet sauce. I literally said “can I get an asada burrito with light rice and beans and two Chile Colorado wet burrito,” how was I not clear? She didn’t read the order back so I assumed she got it. At this point I’m asking her to change my burritos and she’s arguing with me that I was wrong but she’ll change one burrito just this once. Like if she was doing me a favor. I never raised my voice but she was acting like I was insulting her. She gave me one corrected burrito and I just left. She said I would be back cuz the food is good and I’m currently eating the wrong burrito she gave me I can assure you I won’t because the asada is too salty and the wet sauce on top is lacking seasoning. My husband got the regular asada burrito and he said it’s nothing special just a regular burrito. I would not go back to this restaurant. the food wasn’t the best quality, it is drenched in oils and the carne asada is mostly fat pieces and not cooked fully. I didn’t get to enjoy my lunch. I asked for chips and salsa to get little to none of, while I got to sit there and listen to them laugh about me asking for salsa.? It made absolutely no sense, I don’t understand why people discriminate but I understood everything they said. Very unprofessional and rude. The chef in the back as well is very immature, walking out to check people out and laugh. Who ever is the old lady up front, she has a very bad attitude, likes to up charge all the items. please be aware of the scams they pull here, I asked for a receipt and she claims they don’t have any. What business doesn’t have receipts. It’s a tacky place, just take your money somewhere with better customer service. It’s not worth it. They need a whole new team of employees or just shut the place down. when I realized the total was different from what I had seen online I told her to take off a $9 lemonade! Cause no place ever has charged that much for a liquid drink. She than tried to argue with me forcing me to pay for something I don’t want or even touched. She than lied to me saying a different total and still charged me. I had to look in my bank transactions to find out! I don't think anyone should waste their time or money at this restaurant. The food is Disgusting. And the rice was Orange-red and yellow. And the meat had no taste and the taco shells were dry like they'd didn't even cook them. And the burrito was horrible that my daughter's ordered. One ordered a wet burrito and the other. One ordered a Asada burrito and Had the nerve to put cut up carrots lined up on top of the burrito. For what I don't know 😕 🤷🏾 And we asked for limes and she only brought us two Little slices of limes for 3 meals. And Charge us one dollar for each jalapeno. Then she only brought two jalapenos for 3 plates and my daughter plate had dried up old food on it 😒 yeah I advise anyone not to go. Try yourself to see for yourself. And you're gonna be highly upset like we were. We gave our food to a homeless person. We couldn't even eat the food because it was so disgusting. And then the lady asked us was it good and she knew it was nasty because we didn't eat nothand and charge us 60.00$ for this garbage 😒 I'm so upset with myself I should of said something.
