When trying to use a gift certificate I previously paid for, I was told I could not use it because it would be a hardship since they are not sure their business will make it due to COVID. The manager (owner?) was rude and started her rant with "Listen to ME first!" before I even had a chance to ask about my certificate. All of this while my 6 year old watched the interaction. I hope their long standing business makes it, but I will no longer frequent this business. Kindness and appreciation for your customers...

The "new" Miesse's won't even listen to a special request: two boxes of prepackaged light and dark butter creams with a few to be taken out of the box and replaced with a few raspberry creams. Too much trouble evidently. They did say that "I can put it in a white box". Wouldn't it just be easier to give the customer what they want? So I walked out with two boxes of chocolate that I really didn't want to give as gifts. Outta here ... it's been great all these years....

They never have anything in the store, just tried to purchase a bunny for Easter and the girl working the counter couldnât figure out the cost tried to reach the owner by phone no answer. A customer walked out while I was trying to get my order. I have tried to order online and nothing is available. If this is how theyâre going to run their business, they wonât be in business...
