Went in for the first time this morning. Bought a book and was pretty stoked on the place. The older shorter lady was really nice and super helpful.

Later that evening a bring a friend over to see this place I thought was great. The lady who had helped me made jokes with me about liking it enough to bring extra costumers in.

We were in the back area and looking by ourselves. Another worker was on the computer. Was talking quietly to my Helene when this last get up and loudly starts talking at us in the most godawful tone I’ve heard in customer service. “ This is a liiiiibrary! And people are quiet in liiibraries, so yoouuu can be quiet too! I’m trying to work over here!”

I’ve worked in a lot of places from rough tattoo studios to upscale jewelers, and I’ve never met anyone who’d talk to a customer like that who was minding their own business. Much less to one who was trying to bring them business.

Avoid at all cost.

To the lady that actually helped, you were wonderful. Please kick your coworker in the backside, because she deserves...

Lovely place, my favorite in town. Discovered this gem on accident a few years ago and I always recommend it when I hear the right person talking about their search for these products. What a little treasure this is hidden in the market, look for the purple door! I found this place because it was listed as an authorized retailer of Charlotte's Web oil. The staff uses their products that they carry and therefore is very knowledgeable for the most part. If you are more scientific than spiritual you will need to look up the products before purchasing.
