I ordered 2 breakfast sammies and 12 bagels today through door dash, and although I didn’t get a few flavors of bagels I received some awesome customer service.

Door dash isn’t necessarily always correct on item availability, so they were out of a couple bagel flavors I initially ordered. The Daily Bagel tried calling me a few times to let me know they were out (I didn’t answer because it was an Arkansas number lmfao). The gentleman on the phone was super friendly, offered to make one of the sammies on a croissant free of charge, and then when I got my order they threw in some extra bagels with a nice little note :,) it made my day. This may be my new favorite bagel place! You can tell the bagels are fresh each day. Crisp on the outside, fluffy chewy inside. The bagel breakfast sandwich I had was only $3.50 and tasted amazing. Simple yet efficient. The customer service was top notch as well! The lady working the register was so nice, then a man helped me choose my dozen bagels for the weekend and gave me suggestions on how to store them if I don’t eat them all. The whole experience gave a really personable feel. He treated me as though I was family and it was only my first time here.
