12/5/24 Attended the annual Holiday Party, always a gala event. Elie, Brooke, Robyn, Sami, and Shari all greeted me personally and I felt like I was visiting friends. I had my eye on a very special watch to give as a gift to my husband-to-be at our upcoming wedding. Unknowingly, by the time I was ready to make the purchase, the watch was out of stock and almost impossible to find. Brooke immediately got to work and went above and beyond to track down the watch I had my heart set on; she was able to find one and I just stopped by the store this morning and saw it in person. It was everything I hoped for and I am thrilled it all worked out.

I would have been completely out of luck if it weren’t for Brooke’s care and amazing customer service. She could have given her regrets and sent me on my way, but I don’t think that was even an option in her mind! She took on the challenge and I am so grateful. Her genuine kindness was very apparent through all communications and interactions.

Also, as I’m still recovering from a recent surgery, Brooke offered to deliver the watch after engraving is completed to save me a second trip to the store. I haven’t had as fantastic, impressionable customer service from any other establishment that I can think of. Besides my very personal and specific experience, the store is so nice, clean, and welcoming with many beautiful pieces on display. Azzi Jewelers is who I will think of for any future jewelry...
