BEWAREâŚMUST READ!!! Be VERY CAREFUL when purchasing at this particular store! Make sure when purchasing more than one item at James Avery to CHECK EVERY BOX FOR EVERY ITEM! I recently went shopping here and bought SEVEN charms and ONLY 6 WERE BOXED AND BAGGED and when I confronted the store and the managers and all the upper management they were all of NO USE! They all stick up for each other! They ( meaning the TWO DIANAS that work there) accused me of LOSING the 7th charm !! When asked to see the video footage of the sales rep putting it in the box and bagging it they said THATS NOT WHAT THE SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS ARE FOR! I said the cameras arenât to watch employees and customers stealing??!!! Then what are they for decoration??!! How dare they not help me! THENâŚwe took my sons watch to have it resized and the lady took it, messed with it âŚ.handed it back and said we needed to show a receipt before they could touch it! But yet why did she man handle it for 15 mins??!! THEN âŚ.as my son is walking out of the store HIS WATCH LITERALLY COMES APART OFF OF HIS WRIST!! I brought the cops into it to watch the surveillance cameras to see what she did to it and out of convenience the store manager wasnât there! The store manager âneeded to be thereâ in order to see what the lady did to my sonâs watch and the manager miraculously wasnât there anymore! I will be getting to the bottom of this thievery and shenanigans going on! Whatever happened to customer service??!! I been asking them to tell the sales rep who supposedly boxed all of my James Avery items to call me and she still hasnât.. isnât that what someone guilty does? If she had nothing to hide why hasnât she called me to tell me she boxed and bagged all my items??!! I must add that I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars from James Avery to purses to clothes FOR YEARS AT THIS STORE AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT ME???!!! All I have to say is KARMA IS REAL!    Read moreI had a bad/ good experience at Dillards today. I went in to purchase a Smartwatch , however got sidetracked with the purses. I asked a lady Ofelia ( if I am not mistaken, this is her name) to hold a purse I liked, since my visit to Dillardâs was to purchase a Fossil Smartwatch, I headed over to watch section. The young gentleman was attending a customer so I waited, when he finished I inquired about Fossil smartwatch. He stated it was out of stock, so I asked him if he could order on online , since I also saw it online. I had sku number and information on watch. He said no he didnât have the system and for me to order it online. He was rude and it looked like I was taking up his time. There was no other customer in the watch department. So I was quite disappointed, then headed over to the purse department to purchase my hold purse. Since I told the lady that I was heading over to the watch section, they asked if I purchased watch. They saw my dissappointed face and I explained what had happened. The cashier from purse department and Ofelia were nice, charged my purse and ordered my watch, which I also purchased with them. A guy asks if I needed help, and I said not really, but told him I will need get sized for new dress shirts for my son's upcoming wedding. He took me over and introduced to a very nice middle aged woman, who proceeded to measure my neck and arms, then informed and educated me about the correct sizes and fit for me to wear and purchase. I was very impressed with her professionalism and I told her we were in Laredo to bury my father-in-law, not buy clothing for the wedding. She was very professional with us and apologetic for our loss. If we lived in Laredo, I would it all from her....
