Kohl's — Local services in Laredo

Went to kohls today and I was shopping like always over thinking about getting stuff because I am a shopaholic. I buy stuff I don’t need so if I can get a good deal on ANYTHING I’ll get it. And coupon’s to me even if it’s $1 off that’s saving money. Anyways I’m ready to pay so I’m trying to get a coupon online none that I found but I did get one by text 15%off, the clerk told me it was no good for in-store. I got a bra for $6 and I ask the lady name vero I believe why it rang for $26 and she’s like “Oh this doesn’t go here the price has been changed”. That was offensive. I told her I was going for another one I found one for $4 and she’s looking at it as if I changed the price very uncomfortable experience with both the employees, They were laughing at me staring at each other talking behind my back. One told the other I was going to apply for the kohls card which I wasn’t. And the other one insisted to apply denied my text coupon. A short DIDNT have a tag and to save time we brought one exactly the same to save time yet she didn’t bother to ring it, she told my husband it was a different bar code because of the size. I even told them why they were laughing at me. I’ve spent thousands at kohls if I go back it’s only to return what I bought today. I will order online from now on. Will not go back. Unprofessional, I felt harassed, humiliated, embarrassed, I felt as if they saw me like I was shoplifting because my husband has a lot of tattoos he felt so ashamed he walked out. VERY BAD...

Bad experience I was gonna use the app Klarna in store I took 2 hrs searching for my clothes and I go to find out by the rude cashier that she couldn’t help me out and needed me to move because she had to attend next customer in line and all because I had no idea that I had to buy on line and use curbside and also I had to figure it out on my own those were her words, ok I understand yet I payed cash for only 1 thing I spent $46 for sandal’s which with klarna I was going to purchase $300. Been going for years and until today was very disappointed , customer service was not what I have experienced , attendee asked for my # for rewards , since I was looking for my rewards thru my email . And she couldn't find it with my # , so what ticked me off if I have been going for years and now they couldn't find my rewards thru my phone why would other attends ask for my email.
