I genuinely enjoy shopping at Victoria’s Secret, but my recent experience at this location left me extremely uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in, the employees seemed unwelcoming, and instead of feeling helped, I felt judged. I had purchased a bra through pickup, and it ripped the very first time I wore it. For a brand known for “high quality,” I expected better. I bought the same bra in multiple colors, and only this one had issues, making it clear it was defective. When I came back to exchange it, I noticed every bra in that same color had loose threads, so I selected a different color before getting in line. While waiting, I overheard employees making fun of another customer’s defective bra return. They claimed it “looked dirty” and even joked, “ew, don’t get it near you.” Hearing cashiers talk that way about customers in front of other shoppers was extremely unprofessional and honestly disappointing. When it was my turn, they refused to exchange my defective bra. Instead, they asked if I wanted my size rechecked even though I had been measured previously and recommended that exact size. It felt dismissive and not at all helpful. I left feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and completely unsupported. Because of this experience, I will not be stepping foot in this location again, nor recommending it to anyone. However, I do want to highlight that Victoria’s Secret customer service was extremely helpful. Read moreI'm a regular customer at Starbucks I couldn't help it but to write it on your pg. 9/19/16 your manager went for a cup of coffee like about 2pm decided to take advantage from them and encouraged another customer to take a drink that wasn't her's. I know it's just coffee but it's the principle of it. Imagen if she is just taking coffee what else can be going on behind close doors in Victoria's secret. The good thing about all this is you though because there was only one employee working at the time it was OK but luck them I caught you on cam. Showed it to the manager of Starbucks gave your discretion.
