Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

Their new staff sucks to be blunt. Today has been maybe my fourth or fifth trip where it's poor service and poor quality food. I always wait a little between these bad trips cause maybe they're having a bad day or it's just super crazy... but now I'm fed up. They greet certain customers and rush to help them and leave others standing at the wayside (no acknowledgement no greeting whatsoever). I've been coming to this particular Starbucks for over 3 years and I won't return unless it's a last resort...there's always the one in target. Ordered via mobile on my way to work. Came inside and waited over 5mins standing in front of my sandwich while no one greeted me until I asked about my order. The girl said my drink was still in line and so I waited another 4-5 minutes by the mobile order area and the same girl made my drink and placed it at the end of the bar so had to walk down squeeze through customers to pick it up...unnecessary to say the least. When I got to work my sandwich was so over cooked the bottom was blackened and the bread was tough. I'm so disappointed in this Starbucks it's gone downhill, the staff use to be excellent but now it's sub par. They seem to treat people who mobile order with distaste...

This Starbucks is just OK. I feel as though too many people were inside at one time. There should be someone to direct customer traffic by letting a little bit of people in at a time. It was crowded and not everyone wore a mask. Also, the cashier got my order wrong, but the coffee maker was nice enough to fix it when I told her what my actual order was. My coffee was also just OK, I've had better at Dunkin Donuts. I had the iced mocha. It tasted kind of grainy to me and needed more milk and ice. Will I go back? Maybe. I only went because I had...

Zero stars if I could. The manager here is very disrespectful. So sad because I frequent this starbucks. I’ve been waiting for 30 mins for a mobile order that pick up time was 30 mins ago! She yelled at me and the customer beside me that they are backed up idk what I want from her. Is that how Starbucks handles customers???? I will not return to this terrible establishment again. The woman manager always on duty is extremely disrespectful and corporate needs to look into this. On top of the store...
