Largo Town Center — Local services in Largo

One of the few Shoppers Food Warehouse grocery stores in the area. Still can't understand why they spent thousands of dollars to remodel some stores and the close them! Now that they've made the 395 commuter lane back into the District a charge lane and " screwed the pooch" in getting back into the city from Virginia I had to find one of th he Shoppers in Maryland. This store is conveniently close to the Costco in Landover so you pick up the "non bulk" items you cant purchase st Costco. Unfortunately the mall where this store is located doesn't have much more to offer other than fast food places,a liquor store , a Dollar store that had next to nothing on the shelves and a long line for the folk who were in there to pick up those quick items, typical for these stores, as there was only one cashier on duty. A second one eventually did come back apparently from lunch as he was still chewing when he opened the line. Maybe next time ,if I come, they'll have stocked the store with those items we all seem to need and can only find at the...

Largo Town Center is one of 3 shopping centers with in a mile of each other all offering the same goods and services. The other two being the Woodmore Towne Center and the Largo Plaza. (Boulevard at the Cap is close by but does not have a grocery store or gas station). Of the three, Largo Towne Center is probably the least classy. That's not too say that it doesn't have what your looking for. For groceries, The Shoppers is very nice and well maintained. You have a Dollar Store for your cheap essentials, a Marshalls for your cheap clothes and a variety of restaurants; Bojangles, Chinese, Little Ceasars, McDonalds, Applebees, Subway. You can grab some booze at the liquor store and gas up at the slightly too small gas station (it can be tough to get in and out of or to queue up at a pump). I shopped there on Sunday 11-17-19 as I was waiting in line I noticed the cashier not really paying attention to customer in front of her, as I approached the register I received the same treatment by cashier Sharice Q she never greated me because she was busy texting on her phone! I asked for help to pull up my coupon on my cell; she never looked up at me in fact she acted as if I was bothering her....this is unacceptable poor to no customer service this should be monitored more carefully by upper management; why is she allowed to treat customers this way? Even the front desk attendant appear to be disgruntled too; attitude all in the atmosphere; i have been shopping there for over 10yrs this store needs an overhaul; and trust me this is not an isolated incident my eyes have seen and my ears have heard enough at this store; shame on our youth shame on no accountability; shame on management to...
