My BBQ was in dire need of cleaning, and it was one of those things I just kept putting off. However, once the BBQ actually caught fire because of all the built up grease (and I had to use a fire extinguisher), it was clear I needed the help of a professional. After a Google search, I found Arthur. I contacted him, and he set up a time for a crew to come and clean the BBQ thoroughly. They were all incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. Arthur gave me a quote in advance (which was quite reasonable), and he let me know how long it would take his crew to clean the BBQ. On the day of the cleaning, one of the crew members called me to let me know exactly when they would be at my house. When they arrived, we looked at the grill together to make sure the estimate I was given was accurate for the work that needed to be completed. The techs, Hason and his associate Jose, were very friendly. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were very professional and worked very hard the entire time they were there. You can see in the pictures that the Weber grill and Traeger smoker look like new.

This year was the second year we used this service. We are very happy with their work. Last year they came and cleaned our gas BBQ grill for the first time. They literally take the grill apart and clean every little piece to make it look like new. They even cleaned the briquettes. They just came today for the annual cleaning. The grill once again looks beautiful. We are ready for the BBQ season! I highly recommend their service. It’s definitely worth the money and the investment.
