Vegas Lash Lounge — Local services in Las Vegas

Very disappointed. I was told that they have there way of doing things and if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. I have been getting my lashes done for 7 years and am used to having what I pay for. I left with one side with having distinctively less lashes thane the other. In less than a week later it looked like I had not had a fill in over a month. I understand integrity, but not being told I could not have what I am paying for. When I tried to reach the owner, before writing this, I was told she doesn't take calls and she would call me back. $150 and a tip all for nothing.

UPDATE: The owner reached out offered to make it right. However, when I went for tge appointment, which was supposed to be with a lash volume specialist, it was not a full appointment. But a fit in for about 30 minutes. Seriously dissatisfied. This place doesn't take what a client wants into consideration. Each time I was made to feel like they were the superior in every way. Emery is amazing! I had an appointment with my sister today. She was able to get us both in back to back. Even though are original appointments weren’t. When we arrived she was right on time. She asked us what we were looking for and showed us plenty of photos to choose from since we were woefully unprepared. We decided on a lash style that would fit not just what I wanted but me. She’s very conscientious about not giving her clients something that doesn’t suit them or will damage their existing lashes. How can you not love this in a stylist! The process is explained prior to starting so you know what to expect as well. The salon is comfortable too. You’re sitting in soft recliners not in a flat hard table. I contacted Emery via IG about what I wanted and sent her a photo. I mentioned I went to another place for my first extensions and was very disappointed and asked if she would be able to do something similar to the photo. She said she's willing to give it a try and honestly, she did amazing! She is very friendly, thoughtful and made sure I was comfortable. She took her time and was very gentle to the point I almost fell asleep which is very hard for me to do in a chair and only didn't fall asleep because of the door chime lol.

She used her best judgment on what length to put on my eyelashes and I absolutely love the outcome!!
