Went here to get my pc looked at because I was having some issues getting the stand offs to stop spinning while getting the screws off of my bracket (It’s a second hand pc I got from a friend of mine who wasn’t taking care of it long story short I was trying to replace the thermal paste lol). I called ahead of time and the phone answered right away to speak with someone working there immediately, which I really liked automated calls are the worst, and was able to bring my pc by despite not being bought from there. I spoke with Ryan who got to work on the issue immediately and was not only able to replace the thermal paste for me in the process, but also cleaned it up pretty well since it was a little dusty and even ran a full diagnostics on it to make sure nothing else was wrong just in case all at a reasonable price too. Didn’t end up spending more than $140 - $150 altogether and at decent quality and amazing customer service too. Ryan answered any and all questions I had and explained well in a way I could understand and told me I could come back any time if I ever had any issues or needed something worked on and or replaced. All in all this is a great place to go to for any pc issue and I highly recommend it for quality, efficiency, and overall customer support. I also recommend speaking with Ryan if/when you can! He’s the go-to guy and gets things done as far as...
Read moreOutstanding service. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and he genuinely cares about helping his customers.
I’m not a novice to computers. I’m in the telecom business and I regularly repair computers and usually can figure out any issues that I encounter personally and for my clients.
My 10 year-old HP All-in-One Windows 10 installation became corrupted (likely due to a Windows update) and no matter what I did using the Automatic Repair/System Recovery options (including a complete reset, keeping the files and doing a fresh install), I could not get Windows to start normally and I knew that I had been defeated.
I called Everything PC based on their high rating on Google, told Jeff exactly what was going on and that I was going to need a new computer and have them recover my data.
When I arrived, Jeff had the perfect computer for my needs at a great price ready to go.
We discussed the issue and I explained that I did have Carbonite and the backup was up-to-date and Jeff explained that there would be no point of him doing a data recovery, thus, saving myself that fee in the process.
I highly recommend Jeff and Everything PC whether you’re a novice or you’re experienced.

Read moreThis place is fantastic! I had just built my first PC around 2 weeks ago, and I was having really bad freezing problems. I stopped by to try and get some advice, but like I researched, it could've been a thousand reasons as to why it was doing it.
The guy who helped me, Ryan, was really great at listing what could've been the problem so I went back home to try and apply what I had learned, but it only seemed like I had made the problem worse. So, I took in my PC to get a diagnostic.
It has a steep price of $99.00 fee, but I didn't mind at all when the fee is dropped when they find the problem and let them fix it for you. Only around a day passed when they called me and told me the problem, and told me the price, along with how to fix it. It only came around $101.00 because I already paid the diagnostic fee.
They had to factory reset my entire PC and reinstall an entirely new system software (windows), as well as update my BIOS. When they finished in only a couple of hours, they had already installed all of the drivers I needed and my PC was ready to play as soon as I plugged in!
Overall: The price can be seen as a little steep, but the great customer service pays for it all, really. Definitely going to be coming back! Thank you Ryan and everything PC for getting my PC...
